Let's check the score sheet.
Chosen Cyro Grands dead? check
Cyro Grand Mother ship destroyed? check
Back up Cyro Grand fleet destroyed? Check!!!

Now we just have to kill off this last little heavily damaged command ship. Kill Fenny, and kill Sally and all the good guys are finally gone! ^_^

Which shouldn't be too hard to do with the base in working order and a fleet of Pred war ships heading to Earth!

Since we are talking so much about science accuracy... I figure it would actually take a few minutes for that beam to hit that fleet.

From my googling research it would take 1 hour and 20 minutes or so to get from Saturn to Earth at light speed. It takes the Cyros almost 3 days to reach Earth. So they still gotta be pretty far away if it'll take several more hours for them to arrive. Reminds me of one of those annoying math questions. If you have 2 trains... yada yada :P (brain asplodes)

Man, killing off all the good guys-- what a way to end the Prologue! I guess it's an OK setup to have someone named Devon show up and do something awesome.

Gotta pass that torch and all!

It's not over. They still have a hyper-emotional teenage girl on their side. Y'know....the one that falls under the anime "too cute to die" rule? Everyone knows how much of a powerful game-changer THEY can be in an anime.

And don't wory too much about space travel math. They could use the Star Trek "warp drives" that moves mass faster then the speed of light, or use the Robotech "space fold" engines that folds space and removes the distance between two destinations!

Sci fi is fun...

I didn't figure the grands were quite at light speed technology or space folding yet :P But I agree, sci fi is very fun!

Luckily anime has so many "too cute to die" girls that I was able to pick one up for this comic at a very discounted rate!!!
